Our rooms are available for you at 15.00hrs on the day of your arrival. In case of availability your room might be available earlier. Please inform us about your travel plans and lets us know in case of early or late arrival so we can try to adjust our planning for room cleaning.

Vacate your room by 11.00hrs on the day of departure. Exceptions to this can be agreed if your room is available you can stay in your room if you need late departure on that day. In case of extra availability. For late departure there is a surcharge for your room. Please ask at Reception the day before departure for possible late departure availability.

All pricing is excl. Local tax € 2, - per Adult / Night (starting 15 years >older).

While booking we kindly ask you for a deposit of 20% of the complete booking amount per room. This deposit to be transferred to the local Raiffeisenbank Filzmoos.

Please enter you name and travel dates in your deposit. As soon as we have received your deposit we will send a booking confirmation per email.

Your hotel bill can be settled already before arrival. Latest on the day of your departure the complete bill needs to be settled. Payments via EC/Bankcard, Visa or Mastercard. Tipp: please be aware that in some cases payments abroad are limited by your bank. Please inform at your local bank prior to your journey.

On request, dogs are allowed in the meiZeitlodge. For hygiene, dogs are not allowed in the lounge during breakfast and afternoon drinks times. In all other areas dogs are allowed all day.

Charging station for electric cars for guests of the meiZeit Lodge
As a ourguest, you can recharge your e-car at a charging station directly in front of the hotel!
That means above all a high level of comfort for our guests with electric cars.

For babies and children up to 2 years we offer you a baby care kit in your room - cot bed with optional side panels, baby bath, nappy bin, bottle warmer.

A special wellness bag with bathrobe and towels for the wellness area is available (depending your package)

No problem! We will select alternative food and nutrition for you. Just let our reception know your allergies and we will look what alternatives we can provide you with. Please let us know upfront while booking your needs so we can provide you on time.

Short stay surcharge for staying 1 - 3 nights surcharge per adult, per day: € 5,00

In the meiZeitlodge you can be always ‘online’ if you want. Just to check email or let your friends know how much you enjoy your stay. The use of internet is free. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, rooms and public areas.

The meiZeitlodge is completely smoke free. Smokers can use their room balcony or on our (heated) terrace.

Cancellation policy:

• You can cancel or rebook free of charge up to 30 days before arrival! You will of course receive the deposit back in the event of cancellation or it will be credited for a new date if you change your booking.
• With 29 to 20 days before arrival 50%
• With 19 to 8 days before arrival 70% and
• from 7 days or later before arrival 100% cancellation costs are due, and also 100% of the total travel price is due for non-arrival or late arrival as well as early departure.
