Good to know ...

We kindly request you, to arrive at the waiting area in front of the massage room, approximately 5 minutes before your treatment is scheduled to begin. Your massage therapist will then infvite you into the massage roomt. Out of respect for the guests who come after you, we will reduce your treatment time if you arrive late for your treatment. Please come to your treatment in your bathrobe. We utilize various methods of covering to ensure your privacy. Cancellations should be made at least 12 hours before your treatment. Every cancellation made later than this will be subject to a full charge.

The sauna area is daily open from 3.00 p.m. until 8.00 p.m..
For hygienic reasons, our saunas are textil - free zone.

Our new wellness area is a place of peace and relaxation.  Please understand that entrence is only for adults from the age of 16.

You will find one bathrobe per person and a wellness bag in your room which contains towels and slippers, each per person. If the bathrobe doesn't fit you can get a different size at the reception desk. 

If you need a fresh bathrobe during your stay, please let us know at the reception. For a small surcharge of Euro 5.00, we will be happy to put a fresh bathrobe in your room.  

One sauna towel per person is provided.  Please take your sauna towels back to your room after your sauna session and hang them up to dry in the bathroom. 
If it is necessary, we will be happy to change them. For fresh towles, please place the used towels on the bathroom floor on your room. Our cleaning staff will put a fresh sauna towel on your bed. 

By the way: Think of our environment! Sauna towels dries quickly and most of them can be used again on the next day. THANK YOU VERY MUCH! 

The fitness lounge can be used free of charge and is daily open from 7.30 a.m. until 8.00 p.m.

Our new wellness area is designed to provide you, even more relaxation, peace and quality holiday time. 
Therefore, telephone calls and other device noises are prohibited in the entire wellness area.
Please use your headphones for your devices and be considerate to others!
